“What struck me most is the meticulous care given to the outdoor spaces-pools, dining areas, and beachfront, all beautifully maintained. The staff clearly aims to please; the kitchen accommodated a request for lactose-free milk, which shows a nice attention to detail. I think families, in particular, would appreciate the comprehensive activities and the direct access to a sandy beach and snorkeling.”

I found the staff helpful. the animation team provided good entertainment. the hotel has a nice reef for snorkeling. I saw beautiful fish there. (i enjoyed it very much!)

the receptionist asked for extra money for the room i already booked. it took a while to settle in because of door lock issues. the hotel also recommended a very expensive taxi for airport transfer.

i liked the room. it was an azur sea view room. i watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and the view were quite excellent. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. the omelet station were a hit for me.

the gym equipment looked a little old and some machines needed maintenance.
